A waterscraper is an invention of Sarly Adre bin Sarkum, a Malaysian architect. The waterscraper depicted above is as tall as the Empire State Building. The waterscraper generates its own electricity using kinetic energy from the ocean currents, wind turbines and solar panels. Hydroponics and green space above the water provide food, oxygen and outdoor spaces. The design includes residential, commercial, retail and recreational space. Ballast tanks and tenticles keep the structure stable and level.
