Multilingual Nursery Rhymes, Songs and Stories

Babyboomboom, is a British company founded by Juliet Machan, a former world rowing champion. The company offers multilingual CD’s of nursery rhymes, songs and stories. According to Machan, “The concept behind Babyboomboom is that through active play and listening babies and toddlers pick up simple sounds and words. Research shows that children can pick up a foreign language at the age of 20 months – even before they have fully mastered their native language.”

As a founder of Mojofiti, a company creating global understanding by breaking down language barriers, I applaud Ms. Machan for her own creative efforts to break down language barriers by fostering multilingual skills in very young children.
